🇬🇧 Wudang Xuan Wu Pai Gong Fu – Training Camp Overview
We will all study and train together; drink tea, keep order, focus, and show respect – all of this is part of our practice of mindful action.
Training can be demanding and long, similar to how it is in China. Everyone works to their limits, but without exceeding them. Each participant is responsible for their own well-being and is encouraged to communicate openly with the teacher. Every participant may train more or less as they wish. On each weekday (Monday to Friday) there will be at least 6 hours of training per day.
The teacher will guide motivation and self-discipline, but it is equally important that each student remains open and ready to learn.
The daily structure may be adjusted occasionally due to weather or other circumstances.
